Testimonials
Our parents and alumni are always telling us what a difference Blue Ridge School has made in their lives. Here are a few excerpts from some of the letters, emails and comments we receive.

“Thank you to all of the people I have gotten to know at Blue Ridge, it has been incredible. Drama, the Virginia outdoors, track, cross country, the Church, the Library, it has all been awesome to be involved in and I couldn't have been at a better high school.” – Charlie Garner ’10

“The biggest change we saw in Christopher was his independence and his confidence in himself. Blue Ridge is about much more than getting ready for college. It is about getting ready for life.” - Linda Hickman, student grandmother of Chris Hickman ’12

“I wanted to take a minute to thank you and your staff. It has been one year since we decided to make a change in schools and I cannot begin to tell you the incredible difference that I see in that young man that is my son. The comparison of night and day doesn't do it justice!
As I spoke to the boys yesterday at Career Day, I was amazed at how much the boys have matured in just one year at Blue Ridge. I had three sessions of seven boys each, and l knew two or more in each session…boys I had seen going back to early as last fall. The words that come to mind are development and character. Clearly these boys have a "moral compass" and it shows. They are really going to shine when they interview with future employers! I just wanted to thank you and your staff for what Josh has become in one year.” - Eric Beebe, parent of Josh Beebe '08
