Mr. Schmeizer studied at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, majoring in philosophy with a minor in history. During his undergraduate studies, he spent time in Senegal. He obtained his Master’s Degree in philosophy while studying at Central European University in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Schmeizer was a humanities teacher at Moravian Academy in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Schmeizer is an avid runner and reader. He competed as a Division I athlete in cross country and track while at Lafayette. He enjoys various fictional works and continues to read and study philosophy in his free time, making him a culprit of turning a simple conversation into a metaphysical quandary.
When he is not reading or running, Mr. Schmeizer enjoys well-brewed coffees at quiet cafes or Stanley Kubrick movies. His favorite television series is Breaking Bad, and during football season, he dons his NY Jets gear.
