Jesse Schmeizer Cross Country Camp
Learning from the Master
Spend five days in a runner’s paradise, exploring a variety of running surfaces including roads, trails, and track, all under the guidance of the passionate Coach Schmeizer. Campers will experience the structure and rhythm of a high-level distance running training program, learning techniques to improve endurance, speed, and overall performance.
Along the way, athletes will gain a deeper understanding of pacing, training strategies, and proper running form, while enjoying the beauty and challenge of diverse terrain. This immersive experience provides a strong foundation for future seasons, helping campers build confidence, stamina, and a love for the sport of distance running.
Runners Are Made In The Off-Season
The coaching community is quick to remind athletes that the difference between good and great runners is what they do in the off-season. It is so important for athletes to take advantage of the summer months if they want to take a big step in their development as runners. Coach Schmeizer’s Running Camp will not only provide some of the most optimal training grounds on the east coast, but runners will learn how to map out their training and make big strides this year. There is not a better way to kick off the summer than attending camp at BRS.
