We believe in fundamentals and a team-first approach to baseball. We are looking to create multidimensional baseball players who understand the many layers of the game. Our approach will also be emphasized with many opportunities on and off the field to create team cohesion.
Our hitting philosophy is gap-to-gap hitting, with an emphasis on putting the ball in play to put pressure on the defense. We also will spend a lot of time on creating advantages on the basepaths.
Our pitching philosophy is a command-based approach to complement a team philosophy of being extremely fundamentally sound on defense. We believe that with the emphasis on command, our pitchers will be most ready for the next level.
