Athletes will train through a structured progression of Olympic and foundational lifts — including the squat, bench press, deadlift, and hang/power clean — while incorporating targeted workouts and circuits that build both muscular strength and cardiovascular capacity. In addition to performance training, the program includes enrichment days focused on active recovery, lifting technique, and essential nutrition education to promote long-term athletic development.
